By using this site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, don't use the site.
What Steadio is today
Steadio is a coaching workspace for fitness coaches, currently in development. Everything on this site describes what we are building, not a finished product. Features, dates and prices may change, and any part may launch differently or never launch at all.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not guarantee access, how early you are invited, or participation in any early testing. We may close or reset the list at any time.
Emails
You get emails because you consented when subscribing: the weekly development update, the launch invitation, and confirmations of things you did. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately. Details on data are in the Privacy policy.
Content and feedback
The Steadio name, this site and its content belong to us. If you send ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them to improve the product without owing you compensation or credit.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attacking the forms, no submitting other people's personal data, and nothing unlawful. We may block abusive traffic.
No warranties, limited liability
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties, and our liability connected to them is limited to the amount you paid us, which before launch is zero. This limit does not apply where the law forbids limiting it: liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or for rights consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in, and you may bring claims in your home courts.
Language
These terms are published in several languages. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date above always shows the current version. Material changes before launch are announced in the weekly development update.

When the app launches
The following applies from the day the Steadio app is publicly available, and we will expand these terms then:
- Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and Apple or Google is the merchant of record. Payment, renewal and refunds follow the store's process, and refund requests go through the store's channels.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the current period runs out normally.
- You will be able to delete your account inside the app, or by request through the contact form. Deletion removes your data under the Privacy policy's rules.
- Product support stays ours, at hello@steadio.io, regardless of which store billed you.
- None of this affects your statutory consumer rights.
