Privacy policy

Steadio is a business tool for fitness coaches. This page explains what we collect before launch, why, and how to get it removed. Plain language, no surprises.

Who runs Steadio

The controller is LINKSPAN SOFTWARE S.R.L., identified in full at the top of our Terms of Use. Questions about your data go to hello@steadio.io.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email, an optional client-count band, an optional short note about what you find painful in managing clients, and the timestamp of your consent. Contact form: your name, email, the topic you picked, and your message. That is the whole list; there is no hidden collection.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use waitlist data to send the weekly development update and the launch invitation, and contact data to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent: you gave it when you submitted, and we store the exact wording you saw plus the time as proof. You can withdraw it at any moment.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data stays until you unsubscribe, and is purged no later than 30 days after that. Contact messages are kept for 12 months, then deleted.

If a signup is never confirmed, we delete the address within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. Withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or writing to hello@steadio.io. You can also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work; in Romania that is ANSPDCP.

Data deletion and consent revocation

To delete your data or revoke consent, use the contact form topic "Privacy or data request" or email hello@steadio.io. We confirm when it's done. When the app launches, the same paths will work for app accounts, and this policy will name the operating entity exactly as the store listing does.

Services we rely on

A small number of service providers run this site's hosting, form storage and email delivery on our behalf. Each one is bound to protect your data to the same standard we promise here. We never sell or share your data for advertising.

Cookies and localStorage

We set no cookies. Your theme and language choices live in your browser's localStorage, on your device, and never leave it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service. It stores nothing on your device, does not store your IP address, and gives us aggregated statistics only, such as page views. If your browser blocks it, the site works exactly the same.

Leaving

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately. Or write to hello@steadio.io and we'll remove you.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above. A material change before launch is also announced in the weekly development update.
